Opening ceremony

On March 14th., there was a cold drizzle coming down over Kaiyuan, in the mountain areas there was even some snow. Yesterday, the weather was completely clear, as usual, without even a trace of clouds in the sky. It was, therefore, impossible to predict this change in the weather. But today, we arrived at Mataipo Primary School in the middle of this fine rain, to open the school semester and to held a open meeting with the parents of our students.
